•  As all designs are individually hand made, they may vary slightly.

•  Once you, the client, has confirmed wording and colour via e-mail, any further amendments will be charged 
     accordingly.  Please make sure that all names are spelt correctly. 

•  Customers understand that colours in the images displayed on this website may vary slightly from the colours 
     on the product. Clients are also advised to order samples before placing a full order. 

• Please note packaging and postage varies between £2.95 - £9.95 this will be added to all shopping 
    cart orders. Most of the items we send out will require a signature and will normally be delivered between Monday - Friday.
