Do you have a brochure?
Unfortunately at the moment we only have an online brochure. However, we are looking into producing a printed version, although there would probably be a charge for this.

I am not sure what design I should choose?
Think about the overall theme of your wedding, remember we can alter colour, shape, font, etc on any of the original designs to suit your needs. Or if you would prefer, you can have an original design made especially for your big day. With a varied range of wedding stationery and a creative designer to hand we are sure that the perfect design can be created whether it be a traditional affair or a more contemporary do.

What wedding stationery do I need?
Each of our designs are available as a complete set or you could have individual items as needed:

Wedding invitations - Wedding invitations will give your guest’s the first glimse of what to expect from your special day. These are sent to guests who will be attending both the ceremony and evening reception.

Evening invitations - Evening Invitations are used to invite extra guests to the evening reception, but not the ceremony. They are traditionally sent out at the same time as the invitations, this enables guests plenty of time to make arrangements.

R.S.V.P's - Reply Cards are sent with the invitations. They are to encourage guests to respond quickly.

Order of service - Order of Service are handed out to guests by the ushers or can be placed on your guests seat. They contain information about the ceremony such as entrance music, prayers, hymms, marriage and benediction. One should be supplied for each guest and remember to include extra’s for the clergy and choir.

Menus - Menus can be used if you are having a sit down meal or a buffet, they will let guests now what food and drinks are available. I would advise one menu to be shared between two guests, however the decision is yours.

Place cards and Table numbers - Place cards and Table numbers are used to verify where each guest should sit, they add that extra bit of decoration and complete your wedding tables.

Save the day cards - Save the day cards can be sent as soon as you set the date for your wedding. This lets your important guests know well in advance not to make any arrangements on this day.

Thank you cards - Thank you cards are sent after you return from your honeymoon. It is a nice way to thank your guests for sharing your big day and also for the lovely gifts you received.

When should I order my wedding stationery?
Ideally invitations should be sent out to your guests no later than 6 months prior to your wedding day. Please allow an additional 6 weeks to place and recieve your order. However the more notice you give us, the better.

Can you print my guest names on the inserts?
Yes we can at a small additional cost of 30p for each card. If you require this service please email us with your name, confirmation number and a list of your guests names to be printed.

I would like printed names on the place cards?
Again this can be done at an additional cost of 30p per place card. You must supply us with the names of your guests via email. However if you would prefer to hand write them yourself then you do not need to contact us.

How do I order a sample & how much will it cost?
Samples are charged at full price, however we will deduct the cost of any samples we send you if you make an order of £200 or over. You should receive your sample approximately a week from the date we received your request, depending on how many you ordered and how busy we are at the time.

How many should I order?
Remember to count one invitation per couple or family (not per person). I would advise people to order a few extra invitations to allow for any errors when addressing them. The same applies for Evening invitations, Save the day cards, R.S.V.P's, Place cards and Thank you cards.

Can I choose what font is used on my stationery?
Yes, you can have any font you want as long as we have it on our machines. We have our own page of fonts that we feel suit our designs, the link can be found on our ordering page. If you do require a font of your choice, please either email or phone us with your requirements.
